Thanks Ellen! I finally now understand why writers always say you have to show up to the page no matter what. I think it's the simple act of getting your body in the chair regularly that helps you relax and open up to all the juicy creative forces. Something I'm still working on for sure!
Hazahhh to 103 posts. This is the work. The action. The hardest part of it all and why so many people give up tooooo soon. But you're doing it and that my friend is fucking awesome.
Congrats! I too started almost a year ago with a SF letter about real estate, and I've enjoyed following you (I was very fond of your Fillmore Street store and love a vintage Chanel anything.) I I still have my La Californie sweat shirt. Thanks for providing me a fun read!
Love hearing about your journey on here as I am just starting my own! A huge congrats to you, can’t wait to celebrate!! 🥂
We've got a big cheers to each other (and Substack) coming soon!
Always come here to feel inspired. Happy One Year, Jillian.
So glad you are here 💕
Thanks friend! Happy to have reconnected along this journey!
Thanks for sharing your story. I love what you said about learning to create before clarity arrives. Really beautiful reflections on your first year.
